Afterglow

Privacy

This page covers how Afterglow handles information you send through afterglow.company. It is written plainly; it does not claim more than we can stand behind.

What the contact form collects

When you send an outline, the form may include:

  • the offer you selected
  • your organisation name, if you share one
  • your email address
  • a website or public link (optional)
  • your message about what the proposal should cover

A hidden honeypot field is present only to reduce automated spam; it is not part of a genuine enquiry.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to understand the scope you described. We do not sell your data. We do not use the form as a marketing list.

Hosting and processors

This site is hosted and forms are delivered through ordinary web infrastructure (including the host and mail path we configure for responses). We do not promise a specific data-centre country on this page; that would overclaim what changes as providers and routes change. If you need a written processing note for a particular engagement, ask us before work begins.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep correspondence as long as it is useful to answer you and to maintain a clear record of what was agreed. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to work.
